How To Relieve Symptoms Of Acid Reflux?

hi i have had what i think is acid reflux from what ive read online for about 3 days in a row now and before that everyday couple of days for a week and a half, i dont have the heart burn feeling its just like i have something stuck in my throat and makes me burp a bit and sometimes its hard to burp and ive tried eating almonds, drinking apple cidar vinegar, peanut buttter and i just tried mylant but its still the same feeling and my throat feels saw and raw today too

Hello Dr Aadil here , welcome to HCM .. well i reviewed your problem. You can try a few measures.Keep your head at a higher level when you sleep it will that way reduce the reflux. dont go to bed immediately after food. Do not lift heavy weight or strain after meals. You may try over the counter PPIs e.g pantoprazole starting with 20 mg 20 mins before meal.
