How To Remove Stitches On The Head With Pain?

hi, i had an incident 3 weeks ago where by my forehead got cut and it split in two. I had to have internal and external stiches and it is about 3 cm's right down the centre of my forehead. It is dented in and i am extermely upset about this and i dont know what to do. I have been using savlon which has helped it heal, however, i got dissolvable stiches out in and i had to remove a few myself as they didnt dissolve and i feel the others are still n there, i can feel them but it hurts too much to dare pull them out? please could you help me

a painful sutures after 3 weeks and that too over center of forehead. I think you should see surgeon who had put this suture and ask him to remove. As any stitch remaining might act as a source of infection. consult your doctor.
