Babies and children most often get genital warts: Before or during birth from the mother who has the virus. You may need to visit a dermatologist to ensure complete removal of warts. Cryotherapy which means freezing and removing the warts with liquid nitrogen can be performed. Kindly avoid self treatment which can spread the virus infection.Mere application of cream or ointment may not be helpful.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
