How To Retain The Consistency Of Stools?

for sometime i have a change in the consistency of stools little on the mushy side not too solid but not diarrhea and the diet is the same but stress level ls very high in personal life started with on off nausea and then i got loose motion one day and the consistensy has not recovered since then ia m 45 yrs old no other medical history very healthy otherwise and good energy levels and appetite and hemoglobin of 16.2

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being 45 years with hemoglobin of 16.2 and very healthy otherwise. Started with the severe stress which altered the consistency of the stool to mushy, not hard nor soft. There is also some nausea.
I would advise you the following:
Since stress if the cause, you have to get it controlled by whichever means you can get it under control. You may talk to your Doctor and get a proper medication for the stress or try alternative methods of meditation or naturo-pathy.
Continue the same diet as you were taking before, but remember to list the things, the foods and beverages that you feel cause or enhance the problems.
Avoid such things.
