How To Stop Trika Forte Taking For Depression And Nervousness?

Sir, I need your help.. I am taking Trika Forte for past 7 month. It's my doctor advice. I took the tablet for nervous and depression. Now i am well and good. Please advice me how to stop this dosage. if i stop the tablet i getting headache. Kindly advice me. How to stop the this dosage. Thank you.

worry here are very easy steps for you to get rid off it :
# Remain firm on your decision that you want to quit it , then any hurdle
will be very tiny for you .
# Abrupt stopping gives you other symptoms , so don`t go for it, instead
if you were taking 0.5 mg tab. per day , then switch over to 0.25 mg /
day for 10 days , 0.125 mg per day for 10 days , then 0.125mg every
alternate day for 10 days , then every forth day for 10 days & then stop
# Regular meditations along with YOGA for 30 minutes daily help in this
tremendously .
# Positive attitude in every thinking of life , reading of additional spiritual
materials , more involvement in likelihood activities , social activities are
supportive a lot .
