Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that hair fall is occurring in your case due to excessive dandruff also known as Seborrheic Dermaitis..
It can lead to darkening and damage to the hair follicles and thus promote hair fall..
In case if you also have a hereditary predisposition the hair follicles can also get sensitive to androgenic hormones leading to damage to hair follicles and consequent hairfall..
I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination of scalp, microscopic examination of the flakes or dandruff along with blood test to check for hormones and also investigations like Dermoscopy and Trichogram..
He can advise you to use shampoos containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid, selenium, zinc etc..
Massaging the scalp with steroid lotion can help..
For hairfall you can be advised to apply 5% Minoxodil lotion to the scalp and also take multivitamin and biotin supplements..
You can also be advised to take Finesteride as it supresses the hormones and reduce hairfall..
Massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
Keep the scalp clean and dry and avoid moisture exposure..
Take a nutritious diet, more of fruits and green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
