How To Stop Itching Inside The Throat, Nose, Lips And Ears?

Hello I have been suffering from itching inside my throat..my nose n my ear from inside..sometimes itchng occurs on my lips also..and I I have hypothyroidism also..i have been takng medcne of allergy frm last 4mnths n chnged many doctors but of no use...can you plss help me out..its unbearable for me..

Hello,

Itching inside throat, nose, lips and ears with history of hypothyroid condition may be in relation with:
- Uncontrolled thyroid levels
- Allergy issues
- Dry mucosa of upper respiratory tract
- Exposure to dust or pollen
- Smoking (active or passive)
- low immunity conditions

A detailed history, physical examination with ENT specialist if of paramount importance in this instance. Following guidelines will help till that time:
- Keep hydrated best way
- Continue thyroid medications as Eltroxin or others
- Consume balanced, nutritious diet
- Avoid spices, nonveg
- Avoid smoking if involved
- Avoid exposure to dust, pollen
- Do not go outside when excess cold
- Tablet Phexophenadine or Loratidine once a day after prescription
