How To Stop Loose Motions After Taking Few Drinks Of Dark Rum?

Hi
I probably had some not so good food ( mutton ) and a few drinks of dark rum, .. with winters still not at its full flow , I suspect things got too hot inside my stomach .
as a result ,i now have loose motions .
please advise if sporlac is a good idea and the dosage too..
I am 25 year old .

Probiotics like sporlac (Lactobacillus ) can be taken for diarrhea. If not relieved rifaximin or quinolone such as ciprofloxacin may reduce bacterial diarrhea (often given empirically without diagnostic evaluation).
