How To Stop Progression Of Dupuytren's Contracture?

Hi I shattered my left rist 15 years ago. Aprox. 13 years ago I began noticing bulges in my hand in my palm. I was told it was the beginning of Duputren's contracture. Over the past several years it has progressed and now my right hand is worse. My right pinkie especially. I do yoga which helps.
Are there any natural suplements or foods that can stop the progression?
Or any other remedies please!
