Hi dear, Blood pressure normally rises in condition described by you and for that you need not to take anti hypertensive medication. In severe tension and stress also blood pressure goes up due to anxiety produced by tension and stress. In above condition you need not to take anti hypertensive medication rather you have to treat underlying problem. for stress and tension you can consult psychiatrist and take medication to reduce your stress and tension. Not to worry much. Thank you
