How To Switch From Vortioxetine To Sertraline?
HereI ve been on Brintellix (vortioxetine) for 5 weeks. First week 10mg, second week 20mg and I wasn t feeling well. I decided to reduce or even quit. I ve been on 5mg for about 3 weeks and in the last week I ve been feeling anxious and slightly spaced out.My GP doesn t know much about vortioxetine but has prescribed sertraline and advised to quit vortioxetine. I m concerned that the vortioxetine will still be in my system and wonder whether I might need to be off it completely for a few weeks before starting the sertraline? I m also worried about withdrawal symptoms from vortioxetine.Thanks for your help.
