How To Take Care Of A Baby With Harlequin Ichthyosis?

Hi ,,,my baby is a Harlequin ichthyosis baby he is one year &two months old ,he is drinking and eating but his skin is very bad and he is very thin ,can he live and growing up like other babies and how can I take care of him what is your advances ,I live in Iraq,Kurdistan, do we get the same baby in the future.thank you
