How To Take Losanorm?

My readings in the morning have been 131/71. I take Losanorm 50-H & Nebicard-5 at night and when I wake up the readings are fairly normal as above. Should I take a Losanorm 50 as originally prescribed? I feel dizzy in the afternoon if I take it in the morning. I am 72 years old.
