How To Terminate The Pregnancy?

I had the multiload inserted 6 months back.I have PCOS but this time the periods are late by 2 weeks.i did a home preg test which came out positive.however the scan on that day showed no sac! I havegiven a beta hcg blood test and is awaiting the result.i have 2 lovely daughters aged 8 and 10 and do not want to extend the family further.How can i go in for a terminationASAP?

Hello,
Firstly, you should get the pregnancy confirmation clinically and also through investigations along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Secondly, if the IUD is still inside, get it removed by a specialist. Medical abortion may be induced later under surveillance if you wish it that way or if you opt for a single sitting, you can have surgical evacuation along with IUD removal. This is what I would suggest if I were to treat you. This can be followed by a repeat sonogram after two weeks to confirm completion of the process. You can get regular contraception from then on. Hope this helps.
