How To Train A Child For Not To Keep Things In The Nose?

Could you help me please my child is in four years old now, she put small items like cotton wool/tissues into her nose and didn't tell us ,accidently I saw and took out, because not going more inside, she stop this habbit nearly one year, but started again yesterday night, so I am nervous and upset because going school, I can't keep on eye all the time . give a advice for me please?

Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion you should take a picture book of a nose and its interior and explain to your child how it works and how putting something inside will be harmful to her. Also you can tell her social stories about a girl who had a habit of putting everything in nose and how she had to suffer because if it. This will make her understand not to do it. Also praise her for not doing it.
