How To Treat Behcet Syndrome?

hello, my sister is suffering from behcet syndrome about from 3 years, all family are worry about her. we have go here and there for treatment but all doctors say that there are no treatment for these disease. please tell me what should we do? if any treatment of disease pls tell me

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Behcet syndrome is a disease involving inflammation of blood vessels.
2. It is mainly due to immune system over-reaction.
3. There is no complete cure, as it is an auto-immune disease. During periods of flaring up - location specific treatment like skin creams, mouth rinses and eye drops will be necessary.
4. Colchicine can be tried for skin rashes (if not controlled with skin creams) and also in arthritis.
5. In severe behcets, immune modifiers like corticosteroids, azathiprine, cyclophosphamide, or interferon can also be tried.
