First check Cd4 count and viral load. And then if required give treatment. Generaly prophylactic treatment is given to baby at time of delivery and initial period to prevent infection. regular testing according to the schedule is done. But after positive results its jusy similar to adults. However dosed and regiment are different. consult physician for that.
