How To Treat NAFLD While Having High Sodium Level In The Body?

My sodium level was 124 mm/l. I had confusion some leg cramps. what should I do to prevent reoccurance. I am 83 years old 137 lbs, was 142 lbs, have high blood pressure, non diabetic, was put on low salt low sodium. I also been diagnosed with Non Alcohol fatty liver disease. Need response from a physican who has dealt with these conditions

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Choose a healthy plant based diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats.

2)Maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight, reduce the number of calories you eat each day and get more exercise. If you have a healthy weight, work to maintain it by choosing a healthy diet and exercising.

3)Do exercise most days of the week and take [Coffee] three times in place of tea every day.

4)You can take salt up to 1500 mg per day so ask your dietitian to make a diet plan for it to prevent leg cramps in future because your sodium level is little low now.
