Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

1. Urinary infections are common even at 1 yr age .
2. WBC is high but not to panic it will be controlled with proper medicines
and other supportive care as
- plenty of liquids orally in form of boiled water , coconut water, lemon
juice , butter milk , rice water
- prime important is mother`s milk at 1 yr , if breast feeding , its very
good for child to recover from any infection , if not feeding then no
issue at all
- balanced nutritious diet
- keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquids , dry
- make to wear loose , clean , cotton clothes
- till possible avoid diapers use temporarily

3. Abdominal ultrasound does not warrant only kidney issue . there are
recommendations to see status of bladder , tiny small calculus in
bladder or kidney, ureter which is quite common in toddlers also .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome to ask any further doubts .
Regards .
