How To Treat A Bump On My Heel?
hello i have tendinitis in my left Achilles tendon. i don t have pain when i walk, but after rest and such i get an itchy burning feeling in it. also after a short run or walk, i have a very small bump about 4-5 inches from my heel. is there a way to treat this and do i have a rupture?

It could be an abscess or hematoma.
Consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
If there is an abscess, it has to be drained to remove pus and debris.
An antibiotic cover is also necessary.
