Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to share some information. In view of the fast growing cyst, it is advisable to remove it surgically, through laparoscopy preferably, and analyze it histopathologically and anatomically to plan further management. MRI may be useful as a pre-operative procedure to plan proper management. If there is any significant family history, evaluation should be done for malignancy as well. CA125 should also be checked.
