How To Treat A Knot In The Knee?

i went go karting with my kids 2 wks ago and hit my knee on the kart. it bruised but in the same spot it has formed a good size knot. it only hurts when u touch it. will this go away or do i need to see a doctor? it is the side of my knee on the inside part and it is very hard.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest using cold compresses at the area. I also suggest using Ibuprofen in case if pain. The symptoms should go away on it own in a few days.
