How To Treat A Leaking Cyst Below The Anus?

Hello, I have a cyst right below my anus. I saw my doctor yesterday and she said it was too large for her to handle so I need to see a specialist on Monday. In the meantime, I have had a very bad feverish feeling for a week or so. my doctor gave me some ibuprofen and a antibiotic. She also injected a antibiotic into my left buttocks. I notice the cyst shrank dramatically overnight, but when I woke up this morning, I found a wet, smelly, brownish or may be reddish, i'm color blind, substance coming out of the cyst area! What should I do, my doctor doesn't work weekends. Thank you,! Jon

* Guidelines till meet the consultant surgeon

- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3
times a day and additionally after passing stool ) .
- Local application of the Polymycin cream .
- Continue antibiotics and ibuprofen as per the doctor`s guidelines .
- Manage diet with plenty of liquids and high fiber to get soft , smooth
bowel evacuations .
