How To Treat A Mass In The Neck Noticed From Cat Scan?

my Mom went into the ER for back pain and a cat scan indicated a mass in her neck. the same cat scan was examined by 2 cancer doctors who also found something on top of her lung and something in between her ribs. the hospital is supposed to do an MRI next and they are to talk to her tomorrow. they want to see her lower abdomin too. Any idea what she is looking at here? obviously im extremely worried about multiple spots

PET scan will help you to find all lesion.
yes do MRI to see details of lesion.
biopsy is important to decide plan of treatment and severity.
