How To Treat A Right Sided Abdominal Pain?

HI

Over the last week I have developed right sided abdo pain into the right hip. Its constant and steady and I dont appear to have any other associated symptoms. A renal ultra sound is clear, as was an ultra sound of the ovaries. Wonderin if you have any thoughts

You may have three possibility,
1:- you are having nerve compression in your spine which radiate to abdomen
2:- you having a renal stone that is missed in usg so get an xray kub region
3:- arthritis of hip joint
Go for xray kub,xray LS spine,and SI joint,ESR,CBC
