How To Treat A Stinky And Waxy Ear In An Infant?

My baby has one very stinky ear. She is 2 month old. Had small amts of wax/ sometimes flaky. Looking deep in her ear/ looks like she still may have some vernix in there? I never seen any puss and it is not red... What can I do to clean it, or is it infection?

I really appreciate your concern for your child, if the child has got some problem in eat then this should only be treated with the ENT surgeon (Who looks pediatric cases ) you do not try to clean it, this very difficult to handle because child moves head unevenly and this could cause trauma, hope this information helps you have good day.
