How To Treat A Swollen Bump In The Vaginal Area In A Toddler?

Hi, my baby girl is 2.5 years old, she has swellen bump above her vaginal area, its not red, a little itchy and she s complained for pain there for almost 5 times in 2 days, she does not pee immedietly as she feels it, we have to convince her to pee, could the swelling be because of that?

This could be due to some infection or irritation of the skin in the vaginal area. I think her reluctance to pass urine could be due to pain and discomfort rather than the swelling being because of her not passing urine. If it is itchy and painful you may have to get her checked for getting her treated for any skin infection in that area.
