How To Treat A Uterine Fibroid (4.5x4.2cm) And Low Lying Placenta?

Hi Team,
I am 30 yrs old,my height is 4ft-10 inc & weight is 48 kgs.This is my first pregnancy of 3 & half months after a miscarriage last year in Jan'10.
I have been told that there is a uterine fibroid(4.5*4.2 cm) with low lying placenta. Please guide
1. What precautions I should take
2. What should I do about the pain in the lower abdomen?

Is it risky anyways?

1. You should restrict your activities, avoid intercourse and avoid lifting heavy things.
2. For pain in abdomen due to fibroids, you can take paracetamol, however if the pain is unbearable you should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
