How To Treat Acid Reflux Problem?

I have always had acid reflux, It has been getting worse over the past few year and I have an appointment schedule for next month, but I m not sure if I should be seen sooner. I almost all the time have a stomach ache, and it feels worse in the morning. Symptoms:Nausea, gas, constipation, diarrhea, pain in stomach, occasional warm sensation in stomach, excessive saliva, horseness, cough, fatigue, and my stomach will sometimes make weird sounds.I m just really afraid it s something bad, or if I will be fine to wait to see the gastroenterologist.

Hii..
I understood your problem ,anyway I will just try to help you relieve the symptoms.
firstly if you are a smoker and alcholic ,kindly stop it because it worsen the symptoms.
Stop eating spicy and oily food ,specially in the night .
Dont sleep immediately after eating food wait atleast an hour before you go to sleep.
Use a pillow so that there is less reflux.
Physical activity is must like cardio,jogging ,walking,playing any game etc.
Avoid stress ,sleeping and eating habbits should be regular and proper time.
Eat high fibre diet so that you dont have to constipate .
Till you meet your doctor these are few remedy that will help you in relieving the symptoms ...
