Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have acne along with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH); PIH is a non-specific reaction to any inflammatory insult to skin.
Treatment of acne Comprises both topical and Oral forms.
Topical treatment of acne mainly revolves around 3 categories of drugs: topical antibacterials like clindamycin, nadifloxacin; topical benzoyl peroxide and topical retinoids like adapalene.
Topical antibacterials and topical benzoyl peroxide are mainly for used for inflammatory acne i.e acne that is red, painful and pustular.
Topical benzoyl peroxide is keratolytic in addition.
Topical retinoids like adapalene is first line treatment in all grades of acne. They are comedolytic as well as antiinflammatory and therefore prevent new acne apart from treating existing ones.
Topical retinoids also help to lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation/PIH.
Besides, Oral treatment with Oral antibiotics like doxycycline, azithromycin and Oral retinioids like Isotretinoin, is also an option for moderately severe to severe grade of inflammatory acne.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will be able to assess the severity of your acne and guide you accordingly.
You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your treating dermatologist. Salicylic acid chemical peel is quite good for acne and oily skin conditions.
