How To Treat An Often Occurring Fever Accompanied With Painful Limbs In A Child?

My daughter is 5 yrs old. She has a fever of 100-103 degrees at a constant. Almost reaching 104. She also complains that her bones(limbs) hurt every now and then. This has been going now for at least 6 months. She gets better than sick. I am so lost. PLEASE HELP.
