How To Treat Anal Infection?

Hi Doctor, this is Ram from hyd. I have Anal infection.. a little pus is comming from anal. no itching, no pain. i have used few tablets metronizle etc., it contraols somehow, but again after i stop taking tablets.. it is again pus is formming backside.... plz help to come out of this situatuon.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fistula in ano giving rise this problem.
There are few sinus tracks producing recurrent pus discharge.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
