How To Treat Ankle Pain After Falling?

Fell Ina hole today building a play ground. Ankle hurts when turned up, down and to the right but not left. Only a dime size bruise on left directly to the right of that bone that looks like a ball on the left side of my right foot. Bone does. It hurt. Ankle did not really hurt much for the first couple of house but know is getting worse.

Hello,

Apply ice packs on ankle and bone for today and tomorrow. Try not to move the leg too much for these days.

If the pain will persist should consult with orthopedic doctor and run x-ray and MRI of the ankle to evaluate the damages.
