How To Treat Arthritis In Foot?

Hi i have recently been told i have arthritis in my foot, its very painfull to walk on all the time i really need to start the gym to loose some weight as i know being over-weight wont help . I have been back to the doctors since having my x-ray but they were no help, being only 25 i want to make sure i do what ever i can to try an look after myself as i know there is no cure for the condition

You have not mentioned what type of arthritis. Was it following trauma ? I would suggest you to get opinion from a orthopaedic surgeon . You might be misdiagnosed if there was no history of trauma.
