How To Treat Arthritis In My Knee And My Lower Spine?

yes, I have arthritis in my knee and my lower spine. My doctor want me to do therapy but I have to pay out of pocket. Is there some exercise I can do at home to help me. I try to walk, but I am in constant pain. I work in pain. I am willing to exercise as much as I can.

hi, as far as your knee pain due to arthritis is concerned , it can be much better with exercises and Instructions ( do's and don'ts )

quadriceps exercises (extending the knee....holding .......flexing....again extending .......) avoid squatting , sitting cross legged and using indian toilet.
