How To Treat Back And Neck Stiffness And Pain?

Hi Doctor, For a few days now my back and neck have been really stiff and there has been a bit of pain but it comes and goes. Also, when I bend down to get something my back shakes and so do my arms when I lift them up and back down again. My posture is not good and people are always telling me to bring my shoulders back. Is this down to my bad posture? (I am 15 years old).

The issues you are facing are temporarily there and will vanish soon. You just need to focus on doing posture correction yourself and also some physical activity like sports. Also do simple exercises which will keep you active and motivated. A simple exercises and sport can help correct the posture and avoid all such symptoms.
