severe back pain, headache, sweating randomly when its not warm in the room, dizzy, feeling like i might vomit (at random) abdominal cramping, weird menstrals, all within about a month. very fatigued as well but that might be from the pain keeping me awake
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out spine related conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
