Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
HI , Welcome to healthcare magic ,

Baker's cyst is an incidental finding found at the time of your examination by the doctor 1 yr back. This cyst is usually Bilateral and may not be painful.

IF u r feeling the pain , then it may be due to soft tissue injury to the knee or even due to meniscal injury.

If your MRI report doesn't suggest meniscal tear , i advice u to get this MRI SCAN reported again by another radiologist as very small meniscal tears can be missed.Till then pls keep your knee in ful rest with the help of a LONG leg knee brace.
