General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest using a cycle of antibiotics if the diagnosis is confirmed.

I recommend to drink a lot of liquids.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
