How To Treat Bleeding From Rectum?

hi, I am a 46 year old female . I just had a colonoscopy and a endoscopy . I have hemmroids on the inside. I have been really constipated for a week or so feel like I need to go but it wont come out. starting bleeding from the rectum today which is notunusal for me but it seems to be bleeding a bit more than usual what do I need to do ?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM..

Your bleeding per rectum is from piles...

Take stool softener for ease stool passing ...
You can take psyllium with milk or liquid paraffin like stool softener....

Drink lots of fluids ....

Fruits more ....

Excess spicy food restricted....

Avoid smoking....

Avoid straining at stool....

More fiber diet taken....

Brufen can be taken...

If conservative treatment fails banding or sclerosent injection might needed...

Consult surgeon for that...
