How To Treat Body Pain, anxiety And Chest Discomfort With BP Level 88/50?
I have been having pain in my neck and shoulders and right arm. I know I have a bulging disc in my neck and also carpal tunnel. This evening my heart has been feeling like it was pounding too hard and I have a lot of anxiety, mild discomfort in my chest. When lying down my b/p 85/48. After sitting up a few minutes it is 88/50
Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic. If it is already certain that you have a bulging disc, then the pain you feel on the neck, shoulder and arm may be as a result of neural compression. Control of this pain might need neural pain killers (like carbamazepine or amitriptylline), physiotherapy or surgery. Seeing a neurosurgeon here is important. The other symptoms you have seem to be related to the heart. The blood pressure is low. May be something is disturbing the heart from working normally (heart block). I would advise you see a cardiologist for proper assessment. You might need to do an ECG and a heart ultrasound.
I hope that answers your query. I wish you well
