How To Treat Bony Lump Behind Ear While Having Sebhorric Dermatitis, crohn S Disease, flared Up Fistulas And Abscess?

I have a boney lump behind my ear toward the base of the neck. I have also been dealing with a bad case of sebhorric dermatitis. I have a history of Chrons disease and am currently in a flare up with fistulas and abscess. What could this lump be from and could it be associated with the dermatitis on my scalp?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is lymph node abscess and the formation of this abscess could be due to the sebehorric dermatitis this is very common condition seen where the infection is there if the care is not taken properly then this could for the abscess which needs draining later on, hope this information helps you, have a nice day
