How To Treat Brain Fog In A 44 Years Old Man?

I am a mother of a son, age 44 yrsa. old who is suffering from brain fog for over two years. He has visited many well known facilities with this problem, with no success. He is a commercial pilot with a responsible job. HE WAS FINE UNTIL HIS WIFE RECENTLY ASKED HIM TO LEAVE HIS HOME BECAUSE SHE FILED A DIVORCE. mY SON WAS SHOCKED AND CAME TO LIVE WITH US. hE HAS BEEN BY THE BEST FACILITIES WHO SAY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. pLEASE HELP ME TO GUIDE MY SON IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. i AM DESPERATE FOR HELP FOR MY SON. Depression can cause a slow thinking and memory troubles because of lack of concentration.

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist for a careful evaluation of his psychological situation.

A brain CT scan would help exclude other possible intracranial causes that may lead to this symptomatology.

He may need to start an antidepressant to recover from this situation.
