General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your problem seems to be due to infection/ haematoma( collection of blood due to constant pressure. of nail bed following use of miss fitting shoes.Absence of pain suggest no infection.
- You can try by removing nail & drainning the discharge completely ,followed by cleannng & dressing with antibiotic ointment youself or with help of a doctor. Doctor may prescribe antibiotis & anti inflammatory drugs if needful.
Take injection tetanus positively.
Thanks.
