How To Treat Bruise Around The Tooth?

Hi I have a bruise around my tooth I have had it for about 2 years now and it will not go.

I got punch and my tooth chipped which Ment I had to have a crown but the bruise around the crown/cap has never gone I have tried everything but nothing seems to work

Understanding your concern.

As per your query bruise around the tooth occurs because of pulp tissue necrosis due to degradation of pulp tissue and damage of nerve endings which gives black discoloration to tooth area. I would suggest you to visit dentist and get it examined completely. Go for pulp treatment and root canal therapy. Maintain oral hygiene. Restoration can be done with composite if it is minor chipping but because of long standing degradation of pulp tissue go for vitality test of tooth first and then start treatment as per dentist's instructions.
