I fell hard onto my bottom three nights ago. Have taken Ibuprofen around the clock since, but it does not seem to be getting any better. It hurts the most at night when I have been lying in bed in the same position and then turn or roll over, and in the morning when getting up. It also hurts throughout the day, but not as bad. I am guessing I have just bruised my spine, have paravertebral muscle spasms. Are there any exercises I can do to help the healing process, or any other modalities?
