How To Treat Central Canal Stenosis And Left S1 Lateral Recess Stenosis?

During the past 5 months, I have experienced low back pain and severe pain in the buttock. Both sides but mostly the left. This condition progressed to the point that I was experiencing shooting pain down both legs into my feet. I could not stand erect. Eventually became crippling. The results of the MRI were telling. Severe central canal stenosis and left S1 lateral recess stenosis. Numerous pedicle configurations. At the L5-S1 a 3mm bulge in the annulus. Degenerative changes in particular the left facet joint. I was given a series of three Interlaminar Lumbar Epidural steroid injections which have helped greatly except for buttock pain. I cannot sit {drive a car, watch tv etc} for any period of time. Sleeping is also a major problem due to the intense hip pain both sides. At present ,Iam trying candied ginger, vit b-12, St johns wort and every exercise immaginable including tennis shoes and tennis balls with no improvement..
