Neurologist 's  Response
Hello Muhammed!

Welcome on HCM!

I would like to directly review your cervical MRI results for a more professional opinion.
You should know that discal herniation or spinal canal stenosis should be treated with surgery by a spinal surgeon or a neurosurgeon.
In the meantime, I would recommend holding a cervical collar. Gabapentine and pregabaline can help against the pain.
You should discuss with your neurologist on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
