How To Treat Cold During 38.5 Weeks Pregnancy?

i am 38.5 wks pregnant and have cold and flu, had since sunday today i have been vomiting up phlem but it white which i think is ok.as not infection. have been taking panandol but not working.now when i vomit i lose control of my urine and wet my pants.
