Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Majority of the upper respiratory tract symptoms are caused by viral infection. They are usually self limiting and may sometimes be associated with rash.
If the child is comfortable while sucking at breast , and sleeps adequately after that it is very much reassuring and signifies that the infection is only limited to upper airways.
Keeping the baby warm , maintaining his nutrition and supportive care like giving antipyretic whenever there is fever and normal saline nasal drops will definitely provide the much needed relief.

Take care
